Before you start

• You can only register and pay online.
• The group leader is responsible for paying the total amount and will be issued an invoice if required (after the event).
• Latest group registration and payment deadline: Monday 30 March at 11:59 p.m.
• Minimum 10 persons

Step 1: Create your group

After creating the group, you will receive an email with the group name and group code. With this code and the password you have chosen, you can manage the group, add participants, remove participants, change options, etc.

The group must be closed and paid for by Monday 30 March at 11:59 p.m. at the latest.

Once the group has been closed, no further changes or additions are possible.

TIP: when creating your group, you have to make an important choice: collect all bibs at the same time OR everyone collects their own race number individually.

Step 2: Completion!

There are 2 options:

1. The group leader collects all runners’ details and adds them to the group. Check beforehand which info is needed for registering a runner!
2. The group leader emails the group code to their runners and the runners sign themselves up. The group leader keeps control and can refuse members, make changes at all times.

TIP: In either case, communicate clearly about your internal deadline (preferably set yours a couple of days before ours on 30/03) and inform all runners clearly about what is allowed and what isn’t (e.g. the company pays for registration but not the T-shirt if you sign up for the half marathon. The T-shirt is included in the registration for marathon runners).

Step 3: Check – Close – Pay

• Check the group and make changes where necessary
• Close the group
• Pay online

You will receive an automatic confirmation after closing the group.

Step 4: Processing

When processing your group registration, the choice previously made between ‘collect everything together’ OR everyone collecting their own bib number ‘individually’ is important:

• If you opted to collect everything together, the group leader will receive an email approximately 10 days before the event containing a group package number + all info about where and when this package can be collected. You are then responsible for distributing these bib numbers among your runners. Make clear arrangements with them.
• If you went for the second option, all runners will receive their individual e-ticket + all info about where they can collect their bib number individually.

CONGRATULATIONS: You are now registered as a group for the greatest sports event of the year!
